Ingredients: Powders of Rice, Moong, Urad, Chickpea, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Fenugreek, Asafoetida (Hing), Himalayan Salt
Yields: 40 medium size pancakes (crepes)
Directions: 1 cup instant healthy pancake (crepe) mix, add 2 cups lukewarm water stir well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes make a smooth batter / spread the 2 tablespoon of batter on cast iron pan or non-stick pan, spread oil or ghee and make a thin pancake (crepe)
