      Dr. Nishant Srikant Shukla,  is a distinguished Ayurvedic physician, researcher, and educator specializing in Manas Roga evam Mano Vigyana (Ayurvedic Psychiatry). With over 20 years of clinical practice, 15+ years of teaching, and 5 years of research, he has contributed extensively to integrative Ayurveda and public health. He earned his M.D. (Ayu) and Ph.D. (Ayu) from GAU Jamnagar, and has served as Head of Kayachikitsa at SGAM GAU Jamnagar, Professor & Head at V.M. Mehta Ayurved College, and Consultant at Swaminarayan Ayurved College, Jamnagar. Dr. Shukla has authored two books (Concept of Raktapitta, Illustrated Diabetes Ayurvedic Overview) and published 30+ international papers on communicable diseases, hypertension, cancer, autoimmune disorders, and integrative drug design. He has delivered 70+ invited lectures worldwide, including Belgium symposia and oncology conclaves in Chicago. Recognized with honors such as Ayurved Bhushan (2014), he continues to advance Ayurveda through teaching, clinical innovation, and global outreach.

      • Phytochemicals, molecular targets, receptors, enzymes, and signaling pathways
      • Herb–drug interactions, bioavailability, standardization, dosage, and safety
      • Examples from Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Guduchi, Brahmi, Tulsi, Triphala, and other classical Dravyas
      • Bridging classical Ayurvedic texts, preclinical research, clinical trials, and evidence-based practice
      • Challenges in validating traditional knowledge using modern research methodologies
      • Moving from traditional therapeutic wisdom to scientifically reproducible evidence
