Ayurvedic Facial is a deeply relaxing, soothing and transformational experience. Organic Ayurvedic Herbals are used on the marma points to detoxify the deep tissues of the skin, enhance a balanced lymphatic flow and restore the life, vigor and function of the skin. It is a deep and effective Ayurvedic Therapy designed to restore optimal function to the lymph and skin, removing stress, while bringing a deep sense of relaxation and calmness to the whole body.

Ayurvedic Facial Therapy is an ancient, holistic skin treatment that uses 100% natural, organic ingredients and specialized massage techniques to balance the body’s energy forces—the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). It goes beyond surface-level care to deeply nourish, detoxify, and promote overall physical and mental well-being.

Key Benefits

  • Deep Nourishment: Replaces moisture and dryness using herbalized oils like sesame, sunflower, or coconut tailored to your specific skin type.
  • Detoxification: Utilizes gentle, rhythmic massage to stimulate lymphatic drainage, flushing out toxins and reducing puffiness.
  • Anti-Aging & Elasticity: Boosts blood circulation and collagen production, helping to naturally firm sagging skin, minimize fine lines, and diminish wrinkles.
  • Acne & Blemish Control: Cleanses pores and uses purifying herbal pastes (ubtans) with ingredients like neem and turmeric to clear breakouts and fade pigmentation.
  • Stress Relief: Incorporates Marma point therapy (Ayurvedic acupressure) on the face and head to release deep muscular tension and calm the nervous system.
  • Benefits*:
    • Reduces stress levels
    • Improve the glow on face
    • Beneficial for double chin
    • Great way to go for “face lift”
    • Loosens toxins and impurities from the tissues.

Primary Contraindications

While Ayurvedic facials are generally very gentle, certain conditions may make this therapy inappropriate or require modified pressure:

  • Active Infections or Wounds: Avoid facial massage completely if you have contagious skin infections (e.g., fungal rashes) or open cuts on the face, scalp, or neck.
  • Severe Skin Conditions: Those with severe, inflamed acne, eczema, or psoriasis should avoid direct pressure on the affected areas to prevent further irritation.
  • Recent Procedures: If you have had recent cosmetic treatments (such as Botox or fillers) or facial surgery, it is best to wait until the area is fully healed.
  • Undiagnosed Swelling or Lumps: Seek medical advice for unexplained lumps, swelling, or bone fractures before proceeding with any facial therapy
