Price: $25 per packet (contains 15 tea bags) each tea bag makes 6 cups of pitta cooling herbal tea/ water

When to use: Kapha Season – March to June (Spring)

Boil 1 teabag / 4 – 6 cups of water for 5 minutes, remove the teabag, pour the tea into the thermos and  sip tea several times daily either warm or room temperature. Finish the tea by 6:00 pm.
