Hour 1: The Core of Dharma Yoga & Lineage History

  • Psychic Sleep: Guiding deep, therapeutic Yoga Nidra for physical and emotional healing.

Hour 8: The Art of Teaching & Sequencing Dharma Classes

  • Creating the Blueprint: Structuring an open-level Dharma style class with seamless transitions.
  • Verbal Cues & Adjustments: Refine language to elevate students’ spiritual and energetic awareness.
