- Ahimsa as the Foundation: Deep dive into non-violence as the ultimate step toward supreme realization.

Hours 2–3: Maha Sadhana — The Great Divine Practice
- Dharma Yoga Asana Integration: Deep practice of progressive backbends, inversions, and twists.
- Psychology of the Postures: Experiencing asanas as active, physical prayers.

Hour 4: Traditional Pranayama & Purification (Kriyas)
