White pumpkin halwa/Ash gourd halwa
1 cup = 235ml 1/2 cup = 120ml 1/4 cup = 60ml
Grated white pumpkin – 1&1/2 cup
Peel the skin & remove seeds.
Wash & grate pumpkin, measure along with water.
Ghee – 4 tsp
Cashews – 1/4 cup or can decrease
Jaggery powder – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
